ESCA offers «Caregivers Support Meeting» in a safe and confidential space to listen, talk, support and make it easier to cope. Being a caregiver for a family member or loved one who is going through cancer can be challenging. If you are a caregiver who is managing a loved one’s diagnosis, you are not alone in also managing the emotional effect it is having on your life. It is open to individuals of all nationalities who are proficient in English.

ESCA offers «Art Therapy for Carers and Volunteers», a 4-week course in a small group designed to offer insight into what Art Therapy is and how it can benefit people affected by cancer. The course will provide an opportunity to explore how creative expression can help process the emotions, concerns and stresses of living with cancer. The process of art making and reflection in a relaxed and confidential atmosphere will help reduce stress and increase well-being. No prior artistic skills or background are required to participate. It is open to individuals of all nationalities who are proficient in English.
